A single-tenant booking system. What a SaaS would add:

Everything below is real — real slots, a real database, and a double-booking guard enforced by Postgres itself — but payments run against Stripe’s sandbox, so no money moves. It serves AFFC alone.

• Multi-tenancy — an organisation on every table, with row-level security keyed to membership, so no club can ever read another’s bookings.
• Sign-up and onboarding — self-serve accounts, per-club branding, and an organisation switcher for staff.
• Server-side data access — public booking moves behind route handlers that resolve the club from the URL, rather than the database functions a single-club build can safely expose.
• Live payments, per venue — Stripe Connect, so each club is paid into its own account instead of sharing one configuration.
• Subscription billing — plans, tier limits and invoicing for the service itself.
• Production email — a transactional provider in place of a Gmail account, plus cancellation notices and reminders.
